Welcome!

I was born with cerebral palsy, and I've spent my life turning what others saw as limitations into launchpads. From opening a Rush Bowls franchise that employs people with disabilities, to delivering TEDx talks that have reached hundreds of thousands, to hosting conversations with leaders like the director of Disney's Out of My Mind—my work proves that our biggest challenges can become our greatest strengths. That's not just my story. It's a framework anyone can use.

With a background that includes 2 TEDx talks, the launch of a successful franchise, and the creation of Off The Crutch—a platform blending storytelling, consulting, and education—I've built a career dedicated to unlocking potential. Whether developing innovative solutions for businesses or hosting conversations that challenge perceptions, his mission is always the same: to turn obstacles into stepping stones.

I believe that resilience isn’t just a trait—it’s a skill anyone can develop. I can help others get off their crutch.
